We’ve changed our Grain Free PURE Elements formula to include just 10 ingredients along with natural flavours, vitamins, minerals, and probiotics. Our new Grain Free PURE Elements recipe is made with fresh lamb, plus three high quality meat and fish meals: turkey meal, chicken meal, and menhaden fish meal. We also use whole foods including sweet potatoes, peas and chickpeas for naturally great nutrition. Grain Free PURE Elements contains 41 grams of protein in every cup. That’s equal to an 8 ounce lamb chop with a side of sweet potatoes and peas!

Optimal Protein Levels: Crude protein guarantee is now at 32% minimum. Each cup contains 41 grams of protein; as much protein as an 8 oz lamb chop.

When changing to CANIDAE® PURE Elements®, some dogs may do better by making a gradual transition over 7-10 days. Start with 25% of the new food mixed with 75% of the previous diet and gradually increase the new while decreasing the previous until the transition is complete.

Grain free diets may not be suitable for all dogs. If you have any dietary concerns, please consult with your veterinarian.

The above Daily Feeding Guidelines are a good starting point on the amount of food suggested to be fed on a daily basis. If you feed more than once per day, simply divide the Daily Feeding Guidelines by the amount of times fed per day.
